This is a training system of low impact and high intensity which generates a significant calorie burn during the 60-minute class that will keep your body constantly moving. The program will use a mini trampoline with an elastic canvas which absorbs the most part of the impact, making the training a safe one. The structure of the class is thus developed that the participant will not have to get down from the trampoline instead using it as a versatile workout tool. Different training strategies can be adopted using the trampoline (aerobic, anaerobic, muscle resistance) and, together with an intelligent structure, the program will have the participants "jump" through various stages without bringing them to physical exhaustion.
